Due to the nature of vintage items, minor signs of wear and use that are consistent with age to be expected.

All damage must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery. 
We're only able to accept exchanges and a store credit for new items (non-vintage goods) and ready to ship rugs only.

To be eligible for exchanges or a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with its original packaging.
We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy.
