Please note that all vintage goods, apothecary, made to order rugs, sales items, and international orders are final sale.

We do not offer returns, so please read descriptions thoroughly prior to purchase and feel free to contact us directly with any questions regarding an item's condition. We're always happy to send extra photos, videos, or details before purchase, just ask.
Due to the nature of vintage items, minor signs of wear, and use that are consistent with age to be expected.
Once an order is fulfilled we can not cancel an online order. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at ask@shop-likewise.com
All damage must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery. 
We're only able to accept exchanges and store credit for new items (non-vintage goods) and ready to ship rugs only. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible for exchanges or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with its original packaging.
We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy. 
We're not responsible if a returned package is lost or damaged in the mail. 
Please include your invoice or proof of purchase. You'll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item.
