Since 1892, Takazawa Candle has hand crafted their candles using traditional techniques and focused on plant-based raw materials in the Nanao city. The Nanao candle collection features five organic shapes that represent a different plant that grows in the region. The candles are all named after a letter of the word P-L-A-N-T. Made from sumac (haze tree) wax with washi paper wicks, these candles produces a strong, bright flame.
